STUDIO

Adapted from the 1920 baggage room (and featuring the original ceiling ties and beams), our studio features:

  • an approximately 20’ x 30’ sprung floor by Stagestep with grey Marley covering, including number line

  • uninterrupted mirrors on one wall, incorporating a custom mirrored mylar plug for one inset window (seen above)

  • wall-mounted Sonos bluetooth speakers and shelf with outlet for laptop, iPad, notepad, etc.

  • keyboard and several music stands available

BUNK ROOM

In addition to the primary bedroom, our bunk room offers upstairs housing in the main building, including:

  • 6 private sleeping spaces: 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds, all with memory foam mattresses

  • personal lighting and outlets inside each of the 6 sleeping spaces

  • corresponding storage drawers (which also contain optional privacy curtains for all 6 sleeping spaces)

 

AMENITIES

Our kitchen features an oversize modern farmhouse dining table with accompanying benches and 8 additional chairs for use as needed. Additional features include:

  • Smeg refrigerator, range and oven, dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle; Vinotemp wine cooler, Black+Decker microwave, heavy duty Ninja blender, Keurig duo single-serve and 12-cup carafe drip coffee brewer, novelty popcorn maker

  • plenty of oven-safe cookware, bakeware, cooking and kitchen utensils, serving ware, dinnerware and flatware

  • complimentary tea bags, coffee pods, common condiments like olive oil, salt, pepper and various spices
